My name is Matt and I started my career as a fitness director back in 2012, working alongside IFBB Pro bodybuilders and top-level bikini competitors. These experiences, paired with my ISSA certification and further training with the NASM and in Holistic Health & Nutrition, have shaped my approach to training and wellness.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My training philosophy revolves around understanding the full scope of what you are capable of – physically, biomechanically, and mentally. It’s not just about doing an exercise or following a nutrition plan. We dive deeper. We look at the "micro" as well as the "macro." I’m talking about your gut health, hormone balance, mental well-being, and physical health all working together to support your goals on a molecular level.
But I don’t stop there. Communication is at the core of what I do. You’re not just another client to me – you’re a person I care deeply about, and I’m here for you every step of the way. That’s why I offer around-the-clock communication, so no matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to support, guide, and empower you.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle. My own battles with fitness, mental health, and self-worth – especially during a difficult breakup – left me in a deep depression. I didn’t have the tools to keep myself balanced, but over time, I found my way back. And now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned with you. Because I know the strength it takes to endure whatever life throws your way, and I want to help you discover that strength within yourself.
Along with training, I specialize in identifying harmful ingredients that can compromise your body’s health. From the foods you eat to the supplements you take, I ensure that nothing is harming you. We’ll only incorporate the supplements that you absolutely need, and I’ll steer you away from anything fake or watered-down with chemicals. I take gut health seriously, and I’m here to ensure that even the cleanest foods work for your body – because, let’s face it, even “clean” foods can be counterproductive if they’re wrong for your system.
